StoneRides does not provide insurance coverage for rentals. While we do our best to keep our equipment in excellent condition, you are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft. If you feel you may need extra peace of mind, we recommend arranging coverage through your personal insurance provider.
Yes — extensions are possible, based on availability. Simply contact us at least 24 hours before your rental period ends to request an extension. For full details, please refer to your Rental Agreement.
You can cancel your reservation up to 72 hours before your scheduled pick-up or delivery for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours are subject to a $100 fee. Please see your Rental Agreement for full terms.
