Terms of Service

By using this website, renting equipment, or interacting with StoneRides™ LLC (StoneRides, we, our, or us), you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Booking & Payment
✔ Full payment is required at time of booking.
✔ A valid photo ID and credit card are required.
✔ A temporary security deposit hold may be placed.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
✔ Cancel 72+ hours before your rental for a full refund.
✔ Cancellations under 72 hours are subject to a $100 fee.
✔ No-shows may result in full rental charge and additional rescheduling fees.
3. Equipment Use
✔ Renters must be 18+ or a parent/legal guardian of the operator.
✔ All operators must follow safety rules and use scooters responsibly.
✔ Instructional and safety videos must be viewed prior to use.
4. Delivery & Pickup
✔ Pick-up and delivery must be scheduled in advance.
✔ A missed appointment without notice may result in additional fees.
✔ Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was delivered.
5. Prohibited Uses
Equipment may not be used:
✔ By anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol
✔ For off-road, commercial, or tandem use
✔ In violation of local laws or StoneRides™ guidelines
✔ If the user tampers with or disables the GPS tracking unit
6. Liability
By using our services, you accept that mobility scooter use carries inherent risks.
StoneRides™ is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damage arising from misuse.
Renters accept full financial responsibility for the equipment during the rental period.
7. Modifications & Updates
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Rental Agreement & Liability Waiver
All customers are required to sign our Mobility Scooter Rental Agreement & Liability Waiver before using any equipment. This document contains the full terms regarding rental use, liability, damage, theft, safety, and credit card authorization. No scooter will be released without a signed agreement.
